Large Utile/Sycamore Tankard with brass hoops

Utile is one of the main substitutes for Mahogany, the other being Sapele. Utile is generally quite a dark red/brown colour and Sycamore is a white wood, becoming a very pale biscuit colour when exposed to light (generally paler than Maple, and with a less-pronounced grain pattern, although the two are often hard to tell apart) with some grain pattern, and the contrast between the red of the Utile and the near-white of the Sycamore works well.
